1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jlph7 platform (the "Service"), including the website located at jlph7.cam and all associated subdomains, you ("User", "Player", or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the jlph7 platform and close your account if you have one.

jlph7 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

If jlph7 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that you are under the age of 21, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any remaining account balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you after verification. jlph7 employs age verification systems to detect and prevent underage gambling.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the jlph7 Service complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. jlph7 does not make any representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users who access the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

jlph7 operates in accordance with Philippine gaming laws and regulations, including oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where applicable. Players from restricted territories may be blocked from accessing the Service.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the jlph7 platform. You may not register or operate multiple accounts under any circumstances, including attempts to:

• Engage in collusion, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity;

2.4 Account Security and Credentials

Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, deposits, bets, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify jlph7 customer support immediately via live chat or email. jlph7 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to protect your credentials adequately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

jlph7 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction unless otherwise stated in promotional terms. Deposits are typically credited to your jlph7 wallet instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and the issuing bank or e-wallet provider.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts registered in names other than your own may be rejected, and your account may be suspended pending investigation. jlph7 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified. This includes submission of valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and (where applicable) proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will be delayed pending completion of verification procedures.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional security checks.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from bonus funds. Attempting to withdraw before fulfilling wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-related winnings.

3.3 Fees and Currency

jlph7 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency network) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond jlph7's control. All transactions on the jlph7 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is offered or supported.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Terms

jlph7 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, is strictly prohibited. jlph7 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings in cases of suspected abuse.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by jlph7 are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.

For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling ₱30,000 before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are always clearly stated in the bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

4.3 Bonus Expiry and Forfeiture

If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited from your account. jlph7 is not obligated to notify you before a bonus expires. 5. Gameplay, Fair Play, and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Fair Gaming

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering an account while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

5.3 Void Bets and Errors

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or any other irregularity that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jlph7 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. jlph7 will not be liable for any losses or unrealized winnings resulting from technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues on jlph7's infrastructure or on your end.

In cases where a game result or payout is issued in error — for example, due to a display glitch or erroneous odds setting — jlph7 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly paid amounts from your account balance. jlph7 will always notify you of such corrections in writing.

6. Account Verification (KYC)

jlph7 is required by law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Philippine passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification dated within the last 90 days;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the GCash, Maya, or bank account used for deposits.

jlph7 may request these documents at any point during your use of the Service, including before your first withdrawal, if your account activity triggers a security review, or as part of routine compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including a freeze on withdrawals.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Termination by jlph7

jlph7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized use of payment instruments;
• Failure to pass age verification or identity verification procedures;
• Registration or gameplay from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Abusive behavior toward jlph7 staff or other players;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring jlph7 to take such action;
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant).

In the event of account closure due to a breach by the player, jlph7 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the player via their original deposit method.

7.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your jlph7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your account is closed, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method. Note that closing your account will forfeit any active bonuses and loyalty points that have not been converted to withdrawable funds.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the jlph7 platform without express written consent from jlph7. Any unauthorized use of jlph7 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlph7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or gaming errors;
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any reliance on information or promotions displayed on the jlph7 platform that contain unintentional errors;
• Interruptions to the Service caused by maintenance, system upgrades, or force majeure events.

In any event, jlph7's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to jlph7 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jlph7 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By registering a jlph7 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. jlph7 does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to jlph7 customer support for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits jlph7's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlph7 with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Waiver: jlph7's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
